Well made , used for trailer winch

We tried to install at the front of wood trailer. Design flaw … mechanics could not get bolts to tighten today either. Return window closed since we had to go out of town. Husband is NOT happy 😡 update 6.6.2023- Amazon was kind enough to refund. Thank you!!! 5 stars for Amazon & one star for design flaw 💔

Great winch I bought to replace my smittybilt because I wanted a wireless remote. I'm using it for an enclosed car hauler winch. For it to be rated 5 stars it would need a 25-30' remote cord just in case the wireless fails. I called Westin (who makes superwinch regarding a longer corded remote....only option was to butcher 2 remotes and daisy chain..........come on guys offer a 30' corded remote and you'll sell a ton of them! Would of rated it 5 stars if this was an option....very easy to install, great looking and high quality...got it for $550
