Good Enough for Me
I bought this in a hurry. Since the apocalypse I went from on-site tech support to remote. I’m not super happy about that, but I know I’m lucky to have a job. After a couple weeks using an Xbox headset plugged into my laptop, I broke down and searched for a Bluetooth earpiece/microphone. I usually hate things on my ear, so I picked this one as it was the lightest of the highest rated ones. I also didn’t want to spend a lot, as this purchase was coming out of my pocket and wouldn’t be reimbursed. I’ve been very pleased thus far, although bear in mind that what I was using prior was less than ideal.1. Fit and feel—it goes on fairly easily, and can be adjusted to fit either ear. The little loop intended to go in the books and crannies of the ear is a little annoying, but not terrible once it is pushed in. My only dissatisfaction is that I wish it fit a little more snugly into the ear canal, but hey—at least it isn’t tight and giving me a headache. The over-the-ear part is very comfortable and I hardly notice it is there. The microphone part tends to want to brush against my cheek, which does bother me, but I hate wearing any kind of earphone/microphone anyway, so it probably wouldn’t bother someone who is used to that kind of thing.2. Sound—I tend to be a little loud when I talk on the phone anyway (per my kids and boyfriend) and I haven’t had any complaints from customers saying they can’t hear me. I work for a school district and deal with tech support for ages kids through our more senior employees such as bus attendants. I haven’t had any problems hearing others, which I sometimes do, and any connection issues I have chalked up to my VOIP/VPN connection. Sound is clear, and I haven’t even moved it from factory settings for volume—just used my laptop to adjust levels.Ease of use—the usual hold of the power button to power on and then pair. It paired with my work Lenovo L380 ThinkPad with no issues, and was happy to try and pair with my personal Lenovo laptop and my iPhone 7 Plus without issue. I’m only using it with one device currently, but there was talk that my work was going to be issuing us cell phones, so I got a headset that could pair with two things, just in case. If the apocalypse ends, and we get back to business as usual, I’ll probably use it on site and there might be two things I’ll want to pair with, such as a work phone and personal phone.Battery life—I work an 8 hour shift and it lasted the whole day for the first week, but that was with a couple half days and some other times that I didn’t need it. Two days ago, for the first time, it died on me. It gave verbal warnings letting me know battery was low. I figured I’d be able to finish the call I was on, but it ended up dying within about three minutes of the initial warning. I want to say there were two verbal prompts, but there may have been three, then a beep and it was off. Fortunately I was able to quickly switch to my laptop speaker and the call wasn’t cut off. I knew when I bought it it was rated for a six hour talk time, but figured I could make it work with that. If my day isn’t too busy, probably, but I’ve taken to charging it during my half hour lunch, just to be safe. Part of the problem is that when it is paired to my computer, all sound goes through the headset. This means all my audio alerts activate it, even when I’m not on a call. I can hear a very faint hiss when this happens and it takes a few seconds after whatever tone sounded before it decides it doesn’t need to stay on and can go back to sleep. This time seems to vary wildly and I think if it could be shortened, it would help improve battery life. Sometimes it hisses upwards of five minutes before finally letting go.I have not used any of the buttons to make adjustments; I may play with them in the future, just to get them down and see what they do. Ultimately this did what I wanted it to, so I went ahead and gave it five stars overall. Sure, it could be a little better, but at this price point, I feel it is fair.

Fantastic Budget Headset for Work Calls
I had some life changes hit and started working from my home office about half the week. I was taking a ton of virtual meetings: Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting. I imagined that a headset would allow me to type with both hands or take handwritten notes. But I didn't want to drop a ton of money. Enter this headset.Amazon shipping delivered about 36 hours after I ordered. The headset came with a simple manual, a black card asking me to register the headset, the actual headset, cable, three additional earpieces for different fits, and a plastic case. I let it charge for about four hours. It took two minutes to pair. I jumped into a three-hour work call on Zoom. I was able to use my webcam as the video source and the headset as my audio source. Later, when I was running errands, I took another work call on my phone (OnePlus 6t) with no issues. Connecting the headset was just about as straightforward as any Bluetooth device I've ever used. The headset hasn't accidentally disconnected on me yet.A few notes on things I think are worth noting.-The headset battery has held up to a day with three, two-hour meetings without needing to recharge. So that's about six hours of use without dying. I was hoping the battery would hold up to a heavier meeting day and it did.-The headset audio volume is plenty loud. The volume matches other Bluetooth devices I use. No issues there.-The build quality is what you'd expect at this price point. The headset itself is made of plastic. The cheapest feeling item is actually the case it comes with. I won't be using that. But the headset seems plenty sturdy for my uses. I wouldn't play racquetball or workout with this though. If you need something to stand up to heavy field use I might order with some caution. While I don't expect it to break sitting on my desk, I wouldn't expect this to hold up to repeated drops.-Sound quality is fine. About what I expected. I have a pair of Bluetooth Anker earbuds, some Bluetooth Bose headphones, and a variety of other wired earbuds. For the price point, the audio quality is what I expected. I'm using this for phone calls and meetings, so it's unreasonable for me to expect this to compete with my higher-end Bose headphones. For what this is meant for, I think the sound quality is totally fine.-Microphone call quality is great. Everyone I've chatted with has had no issues. I had way more of a problem with my phone's built-in speakerphone. The headset itself has a longer arm that gets the microphone closer to the user's mouth. I imagine this really helps the quality of audio of whoever is on the other end listening.-The headset is not noise-isolating. I didn't want that. I don't think that's safe to wear noise-canceling or noise-isolating earbuds or headsets (especially when driving). This headset fits well, but it by no means cancels out other noises in your environment. I didn't expect that, nor did I want that.-Design. Let's be honest. Most headsets just don't look that cool. The design on this is fine. I don't wear this to look cool. I wear it to make long meetings and phone calls more tolerable and to free up my hands to drive, take notes, type, or surf the web. If you are looking for a headset that doesn't look like a headset, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. This won't make you look like a telemarketer, but it certainly isn't as inconspicuous as earbuds with built-in microphones (my Anker earbuds' microphone never worked well for calls, people couldn't hear me).Overall, at this price point, I'd recommend buying with confidence. The headset delivers on all its functions, works with all my devices, feels sturdy enough for my application, and has held up to the amount of battery use I was hoping for. If something goes wrong or the headset starts failing, I'll add an update below!

Great long-lasting headset that survives abuse
I've had this headset for over a year. It has good volume, sound quality and battery life. I dubbed it my "large, unloseable headset" because it's about twice the size as others, thus less likely to vanish when dropped in the car/outdoors. I've misplaced it in the car, and found it under the seat a month later, and the battery still had juice. Most recently it fell out of my pocket in the horse paddock. I searched and searched, and figured it was a goner (either the horse, dog or rain would get it). Days later it suddenly appeared in the horse stall, dirty and slightly chewed, but still WORKED! (OK, it worked and sounded fine, but the headset would automatically mute/unmute when my head turned, so the chewing clearly disrupted some circuitry.) Regardless, I'm very impressed that I have been unable to lose it, it survived days outdoors in wet/cold climate and it still functioned after being cared for by the horse/dog. The only complaint I have is that the number announce feature delays the beginning of each call. The headset will connect the call -- I'm listening to the phone number caller ID being announced while the caller hears the line connect, but for three to four seconds I can't talk due to the caller ID announcement. So far no callers have hung up on me, but I do hear the occasional "Hello, hello?", and the caller can't hear me until the caller announcement is done. The way around this is to answer the call on the phone and then turn the headset on. The headset immediately connects the audio once it cycles on, skipping the number announcement. Also to note, when the headset is powered on, it picks up text/other notification sounds in lieu of the phone. If I have the headset on and in my ear, I'll hear the notifications, but I just don't find it comfortable to leave any headset in my ear hour after hour. Some headsets seem to handle these notifications differently -- but this headset will transfer all audio to headset only. If there was a way to modify this headset to remove the caller ID announce, it would be absolutely perfect.

No regrets - functional, stylish and great value for money!
2021 was a whole new paradigm with countless virtual meetings, working from home some days, and hotdesking in an open plan office on others. I needed something that I could comfortably wear for hours while allowing the flexibility of wireless so I could move around. I also needed to be able to use the device from both my PC and my phone.I tried using a wired over the ear wired headset for a bit that provided great quality sound but couldn't stand the feel of it on my head for hours and of course, the cord was annoying. Bought a similar wireless headset at a local tech store but it only worked well with my phone. So I took to Amazon and found the Comexion A12.For the price I was willing to take the risk but having received and used the product I think I got a great deal! It arrived in simple but premium looking, no-waste packaging. The clamshell carrying case is smaller than a wallet and slips easily into my laptop sleeve.Setup was a breeze (instructions included) and I was paired to both my PC and Android phone within minutes. The device itself has a very sleek design (to me), with a sturdy around ear clip (others are very flimsy). Switching ears was very simple and intuitive. I normally struggle with any kind of device in my ear - they just don't fit - but this one sat immediately in place and feels like nothing at all. I'm using the transparent bud that came on the ear insert (not sure if I'm supposed to replace that with one of the included ear buds but it works for me 🤷🏻♂️).No problems usage wise. Buttons are intuitively placed and easy to find and operate. Sound quality is crisp and clear on both ends. Only got it a few days ago but have had a couple WhatsApp calls from my phone and a 3 hour MS Teams meeting from my computer so far. No sound quality issues, no drops, sputtering or problems with the device moving around on my ear.Overall, I think it's great quality for the price and perfect for the business user.

Good budget Bluetooth earpiece
I purchased the Comexion A12 Bluetooth earpiece as a replacement for my 'misplaced' Plantronics Voyager 5200 (which I didn't like, anyhow). The Voyager was a replacement for a Jabra Storm, which I absolutely loved, but after a year or so, the speaker had failed. I've been looking for a suitable replacement for the Jabra Storm, which was sleek, didn't look overly bulky on the face, and full-featured (i.e., able to give voice commands). I've only had the A12 for a week. The Comexion A12 was easy to pair with my LG G7, the speaker is great, and people I call say the sound quality is excellent. It fits in my ear well, especially with the adjustable "ear hook" and is comfortable to wear all day. The range, or distance between earpiece and phone, is acceptable at about 30ft, with no drop in listening or talk quality. The price was much better than paying $80-$90+ for earpieces that were either bulky or did not fit well. However, at this price point, you cannot give voice commands, which is somewhat inconvenient when driving or when hands are too busy to use the phone to dial out. The biggest criticism I have with this earpiece is the design. While the slight curvature may be intended to conform to one's face, and the length to bring the mic closer to one's mouth, the tip normally rubs against my cheek, causing unwanted noise for the person I call. I find myself adjusting it several times during the day to keep it away from my cheek. I did order another budget earpiece that I've been testing as well. The A12 will probably be my secondary earpiece, only because I find myself adjusting it away from my face too often. BUT, I do like the A12 much better than my Plantronics Voyager 5200....
