I’m 5’10 and 300 so can anybody help!!! Well this fit or no?

I'm 5'11 320 the shirts fit super small I bought 2 of them went a size big usually where a 4x bought 5x they were still small after 1 wash they don't fit at all. Wouldn't buy them again

What size should I get if my husband is a bodybuilder 6’1 210 pounds?

I am 6' 2 And weigh 246 pounds and I got the 4XX large it fits good but I am not a bodybuilder so his body is different I 1st got the XX and it was too small I don't really know the answer But it was still tight in my arms so this may not be the type of shirt for him since he is a bodybuilder but I would not go less than 3XX you can always return . It is a really nice shirt but it's difficult to tell I hope this helped.
