Huge. Perfect. Really pleased I went with synthetic bristles. Solid and well made. Amazingly prompt respone about a minor shipping issue. Seller obviously working really hard on customer satisfaction. Highly recommended

The brush itself is very good quality. The bristles are strong, well set, and the wooden head feels solid and well made. In terms of sweeping performance, I’m confident it will do the job well once assembled properly. However, the metal bracket design is confusing. The wooden broom head comes with a pre-drilled hole that strongly suggests the handle should locate into it. In reality, the supplied metal bracket is manufactured at a different angle, which means the handle cannot sit both in the bracket and in the hole at the same time. The seller confirmed that the hole is not intended to be used with their bracket system, which makes it effectively redundant. This isn’t explained anywhere in the packaging or instructions, so it creates the impression that the bracket has been manufactured at the wrong angle. Customer service was polite and eventually acknowledged the confusion, but it took several messages to clarify that this is simply how the product is designed. In summary: ✔️ Excellent brush quality ❗ Confusing bracket design ❗ Pre-drilled hole is not usable with supplied bracket ✔️ Responsive customer service Overall, it’s a good brush once sorted — but for something as simple as a broom, the design has been made unnecessarily complicated.

The metal piece to fit the handle to the head just does not fit. Very disappointed for the money

What it says above, the handle is very short for a large brush head and it doesn’t even fit in the hole with the bracket. Poor quality….

Looks a great brush very nice and wide at 36 inches strong and I liked that I could find these bristles for my patio. Making clearing leaves from my new patio easier. The only improvement was that my husband suggested that a longer handle might have been nice, perhaps. Prompt delivery.

I don't know why, but the handle is too short, or at least shorter than previous brooms. It's really too short for me but the kicker came when my wife complained the handle was too short for her too. The diameter of the handle is also too narrow. A shame really because the broom head is really good but he handle is too small to control it properly. I'm guessing it's a cost cutting exercise. I'll find a another handle that is longer and thicker.
