The first step in the right direction
I have to say I was very surprised with this book. Not just in a good way but in a great way. I saw on the description of the book that it was 96 pages, it is not it is actually 61 pages including the conclusions. Usually this would annoy me no end but the information in the book is extremely valuable. This book concentrate on the most important aspect of MMA, the mental game. This book does not include any training drills, it has details of how to perform certain submission moves, no pictures but links to YouTube videos that show you how the move is performed. So going back to the mental game Jeff McCall challenges you from the on set. "Why do you want to do MMA?"If this is something you cannot answer then maybe the sport off MMA is not for you. The book talk about mentally being ready for injuries and pain, this is the worlds toughest contact sport. Then it talk about weight cutting, and getting into the right mind set of your first fight. Something small like even your walking music could make a difference. This is not a book the will change anyone to the next Jon Jones, but what it does do is put people in the right frame of mind and encourages people to go out and find a good gym train properly, eat properly, and live property, as well as not getting too cought up in success but to keep yourself grounded. This is a great introduction before you enter the gym, (yes you will have to enter the gym and train hard), even if you now understand a number of different MMA terms or position you didn't before reading this.

Un peu decu
Encore un de ces kindle books ou l'on essaie de gagner de l'argent facilement sans apporter rien de nouveau au lecteur
