I love the maneuver-ability of this light pad. It’s feather light and I had no trouble plugging it into the only “free” light socket-across my kingsized bed. The cord seems substantial. The price was right, and believe me, I read reviews! If it continues to work this well, I’ll get my money’s worth soon! I use it for tracing embroidery patterns and recombining various tiny parts to make my own creation. Then, I place fabric (like a handkerchief) over the pattern I traced to draw onto the item. I haven’t felt like it would slip around, so I didn’t even use the inclosed clip. This may be lightweight, but doesn’t feel like a “toy.” And I definitely don’t need a carrying case! It stacks neatly with my books and magazines. I’d recommend it as a gift for a child, student, or older person.

Love this product so far!! I bought it for my new hobby….. Diamond Painting. Works like a charm to light my canvas!. I can see many uses for it as I’m a crafter and often work off of charts for knitting and cross stitch! Love the 3 light choices and the long cord.

I hope this lasts. It is wonderful. Various lighting choices, perfect size, simple to use. Perfect for my art. My older lightbox is round and much dimmer. Like this one much better.
