Metro Italian Style Pasta Maker - Silver Finish

I wanted to start making my own fresh pasta more often, without hand rolling and cutting. I purchased this and when I opened it noticed there was a piece, probably a screw, missing to help hold it together. It still works, and I used a zip tie in place of the missing part because I'm not really big on returns unless I absolutely have to. I have been able to make pasta and it works well for me.

Worked good right out of the box. Ran some pasta through a few times to clean the machine then went to making pasta. The pasta cutter didn't fit right on the back of the machine but it was useable. The angle hair cutter is to small for my tastes but I was amazed that it worked so well. I made enough for an army but that's what the family expects anyway. Who ever makes the machine should have it so you can secure it on both sides it makes it a pain to have it only facing one way which is backwards to the place I have available. One review I read said it left metal in the pasta might be true if you have a micro scope but I hear you need some iron in your diet, WHIMP!

Purchased on a whim, not to make pasta, but to roll out a thin, cookie-like family treat that required way too much rolling of the dough to get it thin enough. This made it easy! Saved us lots of time and lots of effort. Worked very well and will be using it over and over. Cleaned up easily in spite of inability to take it apart. We were worried the clamp wouldn't be sufficiently strong enough to hold it in place, but that ended up being a non-issue. There was no wobbling or extraneous movement. The crank handle came out a few times...maybe a more positive connection would be nice...but re-inserting it was easy, and this too, was not an big issue. Very happy with purchase...would recommend to a friend.Anyone need the slicing attachment? Never used.....

I purchased this product for my 14 year old son. He is a "health" conscience eater & wanted to start making his own whole grain pasta. The product is very good quality. However, a couple of the tiny screws came off on the bottom & fell down our drain while washing it. I never checked the screws to make sure they were tight before using the product. Other than that, the product works great & he is very happy with it. It is very easy to use.

Works good. It's a little flimsy, but that probably has to do with the shipping more then the product. Upon opening the box I immediately noticed a rattle or sorts. Upon further inspection I discovered this was due to the rubber feet on the bottom and the 2 nuts, lock washers, and bolts, that held each side in place. Only to find out that each side only had one of each still attached. Would have been 4 stars except for the loose parts.Just make sure you get all the machine oil off the rollers before using also. I used a scrap peice of dough and had to pass it through multiple times. But worked out fine.

Actually it’s very sturdy and does a good job. The only problem I had was the the handle kept falling out.

For the price (and my lack of pasta making experience) this worked great! Make sure you use the clamp to secure it to the counter or table or it will be near impossible to flatten your dough without the pasta maker sliding/slipping. My spouse and I bought this for xmas and enjoy our pasta making date nights regularly.

I am extremely happy with my pasta maker. There was an issue with a missing bolt on part of the equipment. Planet Stuff replaced my order and responded to me very quickly with no Questions. I will definitely order from them again.Thanks Planet Fitness.
