A bit awkward. Was trying to use it daily, but just doesn't do much of anything but get in the way. Tried it over the course of a couple days before I decided it wasn't helping with anything. It's in the closet, do I toss it now or save it in case I figure out what I can use it for?

I have chronic pain of neck. People see me everyday rubbing my neck and shoulder. Neck pain has been killing me and pain goes down to arms and even to fingers sometimes, but problem is I need to and want to use computer and smart phone every day( who wouldn't? in this century..) This product work instantly reliving tension and stiffness of back of the neck and back of the head. It also helps to relieve tension of shoulders as well and you can put your arms and/or hands on it comfortably. I bought this because even though I am in pain I still want to continue to watch tv, doing computer and using smart phone. And this is really a good supporter for you while you are watching tv or doing computer. I did not buy this for a treatment purpose because after all I gone through there is no one simple way to get rid of neck pain and it has to be combination of efforts including having PT, going to gym, yoga, watching less tv, computer and eating healthy food with bone support vitamin in order to treat neck pain, but I don't have time and energy to do one of above consistently but need to maintain my work and household with less pain of this horrible neck pain.... That is why I buy this and it definitely gives me instant relief from neck tension and stiffness. I will re-order this more to leave it at my office and one for my dead who has been diagnosed with cervical disc.

You must have this!!! adjustable in so many ways and uber comfortable! I use this for my special needs daughter for tummy time when on the wedge. The cradle is so comfortable! Also great for me for traveling... attaches easily to the handle of your roller bag! Yes, buy it! Great price too!!

I tried it on two separate flights and I just could not get comfortable with it. I even gave it to my mom to see if it would be good for her and she did not like it. It is really cumbersome to travel with too.

I am flying from Phoenix AZ to Shannon Ireland in December I thought this might be a worthy item to have. I used it on a flight from Phoenix to Minneapolis, it was a test run. It is a little awkward to use and bulky. I flew Spirit and those of you who have flown spirit knows how horrible they are first and last time with that airline, due to the extreme compacted area and trying to maneuver this item it was a challenge. Would I buy it again, I'm not sure. I will be taking on the long international flight basically because my neck gets kinked on these longer flights and I think this will keep me straight. I didn't have enough room to try it on the tray table but if it will fit in think it will be awesome.

So useful. Good idea.

Worked well but not for flying. It's too combersume to travel with. I also think the pillow is too rough to put your face on.

Great design. However it comes with a strong chemical smell which is unacceptable.
