the battery life is so poor
i bought this product simply cause i wanted to buy a full black one at that price but was very disappointed. i got a product which would go "low battery" after using for 5 minutes that too when it was charged for the entire day prior. as i thought it must be a defective product, i got it exchanged (there is no return option, only exchange) so i got a replacement which was very timely and prompt so props for that. but the replaced product is no better. it only runs for max 34 to 40 minutes before it goes low battery and for some reason the R one turns off before L one even though they're charged the same amount of time. it was a total waste of money. also one more thing, it is very difficult to pull out the earphones out the case because of its make and due to strong magnet. i either got a defective product both times or it simply is a bad product.

No Sound is comming in Right side ear bud after 1 week.
Sound quality is good but one ear bud stopped Working within 2 weeks. Ther is no sound in it.

Bass , sound quality, battery life, both box and ear pieces are good... Overall it's a good product. I m reviewing this after extensive use of this product for a week and more ....Two things I m not happy with are 1. No touch support 2. Price! It shud be less then 500inr , bit over priced I guessed....

Very good product
I was very happy with performance of benco tws earbuds.I was not expecting so much at this price range but after using I fell in love with this product.Some of the key highlights are.Sound quality balance sound output vocal were very clear and bass was also very good.Battery life has an excellent battery life.Build quality premium build quality.

Battery life is disgusting.
Its buds tottaly discharged in 20-30 minute and case fully discharged in 1½ time charge to the buds.Very disgusting products 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Plz plz plz plz plz dont buy it700 rupee is rupee about 5 day ration of the medium economic level family..It is waste of money and china product.Make this 700 to 300 and go for ambrane or boats.

Good product. But has some defects.
Sound quality is not bad. But there is a problem in battery. Sometimes it does not charge fully. Ots about 90% or 80%.And the connectivity is not good. It looses its connectivity even after both buds stay nearby
