Purchased two of these rods. Both roller guards (tips) are not set correctly. The line is hitting the rod before going through the guide tip?

I got mine through Ali and they were inexpensive, but beautiful. My grandson now owns them. If Amazon shipped you a rod with bad tips I would request a refund as I am not sure that they can be repaired.
