Great for sore joints
I had a great and very active summer but with the colder weather, my joints are starting to hurt. I thought I was dehydrated but a friend of mine told me she takes turmeric every day as a joint lubricant. I started taking this and can't believe the relief I feel. My legs don't hurt at night and wake me up anymore. I don't notice soreness in my knees at all. I will keep taking this.

Turmeric has many different benefits
I read about Turmeric Curcumin online. There is a website called Authority Nutrition and it has an article about the 10 proven health benefits of Turmeric and Curcumin. These are the 10 benefits according to that article:1. Turmeric contains bioactive compounds with powerful medicinal properties2. Curcumin is a natural anti-inflammatory3. Turmeric dramatically increases the antioxidant capacity of the body4. Curcumin boosts brain-derived neurotrophic factor, linked to improved brain function and a lower risk of brain diseases5. Curcumin leads to various improvements that should lower your risk of heart disease6. Turmeric can help prevent (and perhaps even treat) cancer7. Curcumin may be useful in preventing and treating alzheimer's disease8. Arthritis patients respond very well to curcumin supplementation9. Studies show that curcumin has incredible benefits against depression10.Curcumin may help delay aging and fight age related chronic diseasesAlso the article said to find a Turmeric supplement with bioperine because it enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2000%. My primary reason for choosing Turmeric is to help with inflammation in my joints. It is working well for my joints and I also get the above benefits as well. The Bio Natural Labs Turmeric contains bioperine to help increase absorption.

Might fight Alzheimers - worth a try
When I found out my mom had Alzheimers six months ago, I started looking for any product that could help memory function, possibly reverse brain disorders, and boost the brain hormone BDNF, which promotes the growth of neurons and can help combat degeneration. In my research, I recently came across turmeric curcumin as a whole food, ancient medicinal supplement that can naturally and holistically do all of these things. There is no research to prove that this will definitely reverse or cure Alzheirmers but I want to give my mom every chance possible, and also see if this could help sharpen my mind and focus to help me avoid the disease too. We both just started with turmeric but so far I do see that my mom is staying at the same level of retention - not worsening - and I notice for me that it helps me feel more sharp and awake during the day.

With that being said I would also like to say it has treated my constant pain
First I feel I should reiterate what the bottle already says this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. With that being said I would also like to say it has treated my constant pain. After my first child I was always in pain with first my back and when she hit the toddler years my knees also felt a bit sore every day and it got to the point where I had to take a sleep aide at night because I was hurting to the point of little to no sleep. With a toddler I hated taking sleep aides due to pain, but nothing else at the time helped. My mom talked to me about turmeric and said it helps her daily aches and pains and she gave me a few to try. She wasn't using this brand and said it did the trick half of the time. I wanted full time so I went in search of a high quality turmeric and found Bio Natural Labs. I am pleased to say I am now hooked and now have my mother switching brands as well. We love it, it's a full time, all natural pain reliever.

Turmeric helping my pain due to Lupus
I have lupus so I frequently battle pain, soreness and inflammation. While I have taken various prescription medications, I worry about the long term liver and stomach damage that can happen from extended use of some of these prescriptions. I was excited to learn about Turmeric, a natural supplement for pain relief. I like that it offers pain relief and is a strong antioxidant to block free radicals. So far I have had fewer pain episodes since taking turmeric and less soreness overall.

I have been reading about Turmeric because I wanted to ...
I have been reading about Turmeric because I wanted to understand why I should take a capsule form of this instead of including the spice in my cooking. From my research I understand that the Turmeric contains a small amount of the curcumin so that's why it helps to extract the curcumin so you can get a much stronger dose of it without eating tons and tons of Turmeric spice. I am now taking these capsules to try to assist my joints. I think it is helping.

... don't always do things for my health so I like how easy these are
I don't always do things for my health so I like how easy these are. I take them with breakfast and dinner (one each time) and feel like I am doing something good for my body. I had no idea black pepper could be a helpful ingredient but if it leads to better absorption, I'll go for it.

This is helping me with my joints. I sit at a desk all day so in the evenings, my legs were stiff and my arms were sore from typing. I don't think it's full carpal tunnel but it's something. I started taking turmeric and now I am not needing to stretch for as long at night although it is still good to do it because my muscles could use it.
