Can I sterilize the bottles in boiling water before using it?

Hello, The jars can be boiled, as they are glass. However, please be careful going from cool to heat. It would be best to put the jars (at room temperature) in the water before bringing it to a boil, and keep it at a gentle boil to sterilize. The lids cannot be boiled.
