Love this company's product. I have a set of 5 oz and 8 oz cups and now just added the 12 oz after a year of owning the others.I have gone from using a dishwasher to hand washing and I find these - even though they're plastic - to be really easy to wash.With 2 preteen boys in the house, I like that these are shatter proof. Yes, it usually tastes better drinking from glass but i got tired of accidents with glass and missing peices with the vacuum. But you know? These cups, in my experience, do not retain any odors and grease comes off quickly using Mrs Meyer's liquid dish soap - that's what I use. Probably any soap will do. So drinking from this is pretty much as good as glass.

These glasses are the perfect size for preteen grandchildren. They’re good quality, easy to grip and unbreakable.

We wanted a cup about 12 oz for everyday drinks in a home with six young kids. We didn't want baby cups (think our usual small Ikea tumblers from early childhood). We didn't want large adult cups or glass cups. We keep our cup in a drawer where everyone can reach them easily. These stack well, so we can have a bunch for a large group. They are a size that works for kids and adults. We pull them out for parties and everyone is set.We have seen some wear out with time (plastic seems to cloud a bit over time) and the kids have cracked a couple dropping them on the tile, but the price-point is so good, we just order a few more once in a while. Totally worthwhile for us.We stack three tall in a drawer about 9" deep. We used basic drawer dividers to keep them in a row.
