The media could not be loaded.  Bio Plus products are the best material and high quality. I always can vouch for this in case of water filtration and for customer support too.

Very good product, changed ORP and PH of my water to alkline. Very easy to use with good taste of water. Attached pictures of before and after uses of jug water. My RO water become alkline, mircoclustered with negative orp.

1. It do its job, means adding mineral, Increasing ph.2. Very poor quality plastic material. Lid broken on day one.3. Lid doesn't fit properly.

There is no replacement filter available on amazon so this jug becomes useless after a while

The media could not be loaded.  Wanted to buy an Indian Product, so ordered. Results as follows:-1. Build of the jug is of poor quality polymer, certainly could have used high quality food grade PET (Photo 1 refers).2. The cartridge does not seal the filtering channel. Gaps between slot and cartridge is visible in Photo 2. Consequently the water in the filtration chamber quickly drains through the gaps leading to nil to minimal filtration. Video in the 3rd upload refers. Hence the Jug is not performing the function it is designed for.3. As a result of above, the life of 3000 L for single cartridge with feasibility of regeneration (not claimed by even top products like BIOCERA, SK) also cannot be tested. In fact it’s a waste of money now and can only now be utilised as a storage container….Single word for the product …. Poor
