Worst product and worst service
Worst item I have ever seen and worst service i haven't expected this from Amazon, it has been delivered on 28 feb in the portal it will showing as installation person will come within 2 days, I have tried to raise a complaint and I have called to balaji service centre they were unable complete my installation it's approx 11 days however today I have called local purifier mechanic and fitted the purifier after completing fitting we observed that the uv light box was in broken condition, we have removed uv connection and started running then we found that copper tank is in jammed condition it's not working, I have decided to stop the shipping in Amazon because of the worst service and response and there is no customer care to contact please don't buy this product and don't get suffered,

requires additional filters to perform at its best
This product is good for the price, but it requires additional filters to perform at its best. I bought two units—one with an extra carbon filter (costing ₹500) and one without. The unit with the additional filter reduced TDS from 600 to 50, while the one without extra filtration only reduced it to 300. I recommend using this product with additional filters for better performance.
