I wanted to like this machine but I hated it. It is very noisy and feels very cheap. I cannot say whether it works as I returned it.

Put simply I can actually see the results! Purchased March this year and have been using it regularly ever since. My skin is noticeably brighter. I suffer with dark bags under my eyes and after using this product they are reduced. The blue light mode is great for use on blemishes. I tend to pick spots when stressed and it turns into impetigo. When I used the blue light nourishing mode the area healed quicker. Having the attachment ring so you can use cotton pads or similar is great so you are able to cleanse your skin with any kind of cleansed and it removes dirt so much better than just doing it by hand. The vibrating is great to 'wake up' your skin and open your pores and starts as soon as it comes into contact with your skin. Not only does my skin LOOK smoother and brighter, it actually FEELS smoother and softer. So glad I bought it for an early B'day present to myself!! As a single Mum I don't often treat myself as there's always something that I could get my daughter with the money, but this is one 'treat' that has definitely been worth the money and really pleased I decided to get!! 😁 👍 😄❤️

THIS FACE CLEANER IS EXCELLENT. I BOUGHT TWO AND HAD TO RETURN ONE THAT I BOUGHT FOR A FRIEND, AS THE TOP BECAME LOOSE AND THE CHARGING POINT GOT SHOVED INSIDE SO THAT IT COULD NOT BE REACHED TO CHARGE THE MACHINE. APART FROM THAT, IT IS EXCELLENT. THERE IS ALSO A FURTHER MATTER, AT TIMES THE VIBRATION WILL STOP, BUT IT STILL WORKS

I bought it for my wife about 4 weeks ago for her face got dark spot when wearing face mask preventing COVID-19, it works , the spot barely to see now . I hope my wife experience can help the people who have same situation.

Very nice product. Functioned as described. An instruction book is provided, very detailed. The massager has three modes, two levels and a red light and blue light. Red light works for opening the pores, and blue light works for minimize pores.

I bought this after seeing a Youtuber I follow and love used and loved this. I have only used this a few times since getting but so far so good. I love the look of it and how easy it is to use. I have been using this as part of my night time skin care routine and loving it. I haven't used it long enough to actually see any dramatic results but my skin looks and feels amazing the next morning after using this device though.

Do not let looks of the product deceive you …. Better product is out there.

After contacting the supplier, I was sent another facial massager ( free of charge) After charging, this one is working. I appreciate that this company was so willing to work with me on a solution.This worked good for a few weeks, my skin was glowing. But now it will not turn on. It's fully charged but does not turn on any longer.
