Used this to over dye some bright red silk to make it a browner shade of red. Worked very well following instructions and the results were very even with no patchiness. Would use again.

I'll be dyeing a pair of royal blue winter pants which were stained with red dye in the laundry.

I was looking to change the color of my vintage and very rare Gaelic Boston Red Sox shirt, which I love but loathed the dark green, leaving me to wear it only 3 times since 2007. I bought the Rit Color remover and a bottle of the Rit Kelly green dye and went in with my fingers crossed. I used the stove top method for both. I also followed with the Rit Color fixative to seal in the Kelly green. After the color removal and dye process, it was a complete success and I am in love with the color and how well it turned out. I have been using RIT products for years and will not use anything else because the quality is that good.

I bought this product to dye doll's hair and it works really well. It is also good for fabric as well and great value for money. There is also a range of different colours too.
