Prismacolor Art Set - Premier Colored Pencils 132 Pack, Pencil Sharpener 1 Pack and Latex-Free Scholar Eraser

My 14yo daughter loves intricately-designed coloring books, maintains a bullet journal, and makes her own greeting cards. Long in the market for the quintessential set of colored pencils, she took a gamble on this set, and she's pleased. The leads are somewhat soft, so they break more easily than most, but the colors are vibrant. That's a fair trade-off. The enclosed pencil sharpener allows one to make a longer point or a shorter point; I've never seen such a thing! Very cool! At less than $1 per pencil, this set does seem like a bargain ... but overall, it's a hefty price. The one thing that disappoints: the trays inside the box are a flimsy plastic.

Very good condition. No dents in tin and no broken pencil tips. Lucky a good propotion of this set are well centered leads, which is not cuaranteed with prismacolor. Will def. buy again. Set mixes well with caran dache Luminance (complementry colors). I keep the 98 lightfast level 1 to 3 colors and gift the 34 colors that are 4-5 level. Thank you prismacolor and amazon!

I bought these to take on holiday with me,I was a bit disappointed as the tin was all dented and scratched but at least the pencils are OK(unlike my 150 set which break all the time).So far I have sharpened them and no breaking,I love them as they blend so well
