This is the best knife I've used in years. It's heavy, incredibly sharp, ergonomically friendly, and you can both see and feel the quality of the product. Cuts through meat with no effort on my part. Comes with a leather sheath that is thick and sturdy to protect the blade. I definitely recommend this product.

Sharpness test on printer paper and blade glides thru. Using olive oil to coat the knife to protect it gently and it cut the paper towel without effort. So if you get a dull one just use amazons replacement method and you will get a sharp one. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the oil and plastic wrapper leaves a stain / marking on the blade that I really don’t want to deal with scrubbing off bc one slip and off with a finger. It’s hard to see but it’s on the attached photo. And yes that bandaid is because I barely bumped that same corner piece 🤣🤣 it’s sharp.
