Cats love the machine but it broke after 5 months.
This is the second time I’ve purchased this water fountain, the first one I only bought in June this year and it is broken after only 5 months. I hear there is no warranty. My cats love it though, so I will give it another chance by buying another one. I hope all will be good this time round but if not Amazon or the manufacturer should take this seriously and reimburse

It’s ok
It is working full time. It is very appropriate if sensor is there so that when cat is near it can start automatically. Anyhow cat is drinking more water than before

Attractive looking Fountain
This is my 3rd cat fountain in the last 2 years, the first one lasted just over a year, the second one only 3 months! So I bought a different style of fountain in the hope that this one has longevity. It looks more attractive than the other ones and at least the cats are using it, bonus!

USB cable is short
Fragile acrylic. USB cable is too short.No power socket but u can use the USB from extension wire or mobile charger. Quiet. My cats are frightened in the beginning but they liked it afterwards.

Deceitful. Only them sell filters and are always out of stock.
The fountain is beautiful, quiet and works well. The filter for the fountain is not standard. It's only manufactured by them and they don't have it in stock. So don't waste time nor money after using the 2 filters that come with it you'll have to just throw the whole thing away.
