How long will a fully charged battery last?

Depends on AmpHr capacity of the battery. I use 6000 mAhr Ultra fire batts. I do not leave light on for long periods, but would estimate from my usage that you should get a couple of hours life per 1000 mAhr, if you do indeed get batt fully charged. If you are using it outdoors in severe cold weather, maybe half that. If life is important, carry a spare batt.

Any idea how heavy the light is with the battery? I want a light to attach to a bow that has a picatinny rail stabilizer.
