We bought this 6 months ago for the unique look, and also because we were used to the value of pull-down sprayers in US. It is clearly high quality metal. Water pressure in the spray mode is very high so we try and avoid that unless we have some tough stains to clean. One point to note is that the tap is meant for countertops that are at least 2.25ft deep, and there needs to be at least 6inches of clear space between the sink and the backsplash. If you don’t have 6inches of free space, the base just won’t sit. We had 2 countertops of 2ft and 2.25ft, and fell short of the install space in one. We did find a workaround by installing the tap on the side of the sink, rather than behind it. I suggest taking your interiors person to the showroom to inspect the piece before you order. As for value for money, it is indeed expensive, but you buy these once in 10 years, and they look so classy, so it’s worth it.

Top quality but needs assembly with a plumber
POSITIVES 1. Big one really and heavy duty. Immediately you know its value for money. 2. Serves the purpose very well as described in the pictures by them. 3. BUY IT WITH NO HESITATION. RELIABLE PRODUCT. SAME AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. NEGATIVES 1. NEEDS ASSEMBLY. NEED an experienced plumber to fix it. One cannot do it on your own. 2. They SHOULD POST a VIDEO ON HOW TO ASSEMBLE for those who want to assemble it on their own.

Classy product!
Delighted to have upgraded my kitchen sink with this classy faucet from Kohler! Excellent water flow if you already have a pressure pump. Built quality is outstanding, the pull-down spray allows access to the farthest point of the sink and a fun way to wash fruit and vegetables. The premium looks are exceptional and I was fortunate to have availed of a promotional discount making it great value for money.
