Less healthy than I was expecting
Disappointed that much of it does not follow healthy Whole Foods Plant Based Diet style recipes. Like the bagel recipe using non-wholegrain flour. Pretty good otherwise.

Good recipes almost no illustrations
Apparently, I’m a lot more visual than I thought I was. I do like visuals of dishes or at least a few illustrations along the way. I got the Kindle version of this and I still have yet to find a picture. A little disappointed but the recipes look solid, other than a few ingredients that are hard to find without suggestion.

Decent cook book
I have found that a lot of ingredients in the book are kind of hard to find which is frustrating. I haven’t made anything from it yet for that very reason. Also, 1 of the recipes basically has 2 other recipes in it so you make 3 different recipes to make 1 dish…

Best recipe book I have purchased in years!!!
Recipes are easy to follow with readily available ingredients. The recipes are also delicious and familiar(you will want to include them in your meal rotation). I also love all the extra information and tips included. The SOS(salt,oil, sugar free)tips are wonderful! I also appreciate the substitution tips and air fryer tips. The tips really take out any of the guesswork. The nutritional information is easy to follow because the author tells you exactly what a serving size is: I appreciate that a lot because I don’t have to take extra steps to determine that(food scale/etc.) Janet and Maddie Dockery really hit this one out of the park and I look forward to more cookbooks from them in the future. So-So
As a plant based eater and air-fryer enthusiast I was hoping that this would fill the bill. Not so. Th book itself seems to be made very cheaply out of sub quality cardstock and paper, recipes are so-so and except for a picture at the beginning of each chapter there is not a single picture or illustration. Just not a book I am happy about purchasing.

Winner! Winner! Air Fry My Dinner!
I do not like to cook but I love to eat, and I’m great at following instructions. My air fryer gets used daily in some capacity or other, and this cookbook has amazing recipes and tips. It is easy to follow and what I’ve tried so far has turned out delicious. So, this is the perfect combination for me and I can’t wait to try more of these healthy options. I’m a big fan of Janet and Maddie and have watched many of their cooking videos so I had no doubt their cookbook would be a winner…and it is.

This book is "THE ONE"!!!!!
The greatest and most tastiest plant-based recipes I have ever found using an AirFryer!!! First time in my life to love every single recipe in one book!! I absolutely love and appreciate that many recipes within the book are referred to, to use for other recipes!! Awesome!!!! Added thoughts, tips, ideas and stories are a personal bonus from Maddie and Janet!! Thank you ladies!!! Bravo!!!

No pictures of the finished meals
OK if you are looking for some new ideas but there are no images of any of the finished meals which is disappointing.

fantastic recipes
I was ecstatic today to receive this cookbook all the recipes seem easy and appetizing . It is well written and the txt is easy to read i luv that the temperatures of the air fryer are at the top for preheating . If you want to see other recipes from these girls just go to you tube and look for vegan as fork been watching them for years fun and down to earth. oh and im not even vegan !!!!
