Buy these weights-you will be glad you did!
These are great underwater weights. We use them in our pool for aerobics, and they are perfect for that, as well as being very comfortable to wear. Also, easy to adjust size for your waist. Will be buying ankle weights as well.

These had a lot of buoyancy. I had an old 5 lbs scuba weight... they felt the same out of the water, but in the water the kap7 felt a lot lighter. Something in the belt is countering the weight.

Maybe I just have sensitive skin, but even through clothes, the Velcro and everything was really uncomfortable and distracting from my run.
