Top Flight Polishing Cloth
This jewelers quality polishing cloth is one I keep reordering since I have never found a better way to polish my sterling silver pieces. And I have tried a few different products on the different tarnishable metal pieces on my tabletop. Paste products work well on copper pots and brass candlesticks. I have tried the 'museum' metal cleaning plate that works by electrolysis. It is also reasonably effective. But for the best shine I need to finish with this cloth. For quick touch-ups on sterling spoons and jewelry, this is my go-to polisher. It is much less messy than those other products. The clean shine that is deposited lasts well and subsequent polishing is faster to accomplish. That said, order several of these cloths while you are at it. It is true that the cloth will remove tarnish even after it has darkened from use...but I can never figure out how to keep it from depositing some of the tarnish back on the piece. I need to buff that up with a clean cloth or a paper towel. Some users of this type of product suggest using a few drops of mineral oil to keep the cloth 'moist' and that does help to prolong the useful life. The very fine 'jeweler's rouge' embedded in the cloth will still 'polish' but picking up the residue is much less effective than with a fresh polishing cloth.

Disappointed.
This is one small cloth. I just received it and was disappointed. Thus feels rough and like it would damage your gold or silver. I will try it on some bronze and update my review. There are cloths like this on the site for less. I thought I was geating several cloths for different metals.

More details
These measure about 5'' x 8'' and appear to be the same product as the Sunshine Polishing Cloth sold by Element Jewelry, and the Trio of Sunshine Cleaning Cloths sold by Southwest Spirit (though the 'Trio' I received from them did not have the Sunshine trademark on the packaging). They produce excellent shine with little effort. When this gets fully covered with tarnish and stops working (I think that's going to be a lot of silverware from now), I'll try washing it, then using it to apply Simichrome Polish to compare results. I'll report back here with data from that experiment, afterwards.

My silver jewelry never looked better
This polishing cloth does a very nice job of cleaning silver jewelry. I didn't realize how dull my silver ring and bracelet had gotten until I used this cloth. The cloth is thick and should last a long time. I only wish more than one came in the package.

This really gets 5 stars for performance...but, there are some toxic chemicals impregnated in the cloth, it seems to me.You can really feel it on your hands and it doesn't wash off easilyI wear protective gloves when I use this cloth.

Great product but Expensive!!
I use it all the time because I have products like Wind Chimes , Burner's, etc, all in brass so they need to look good. Because my business is outdoor's, I have to keep cleaning my products. Like I said... great product, I wish it was less expensive
