Not "New" condition
If you look in the light, there is grime and scratches all over the card. It just looks like someone left their 3-year-old to play with it for several days. I've had cards for years, not even in sleeves and toploaders, and they're in superior condition than this. I have no idea how a card could have ended up like this. Despite only pay 50 cents, I feel the "New" condition label is extremely misleading.
