It met the "personal item" dimensions for European budget airlines, which was my top priority. It snuggly fit under the seat in front of me.It could easily fit 3 extra sets of clothes, a pair of jeans, two travels books, travel towel, toiletries, REI rain jacket, a few small souvenirs, and an assortment of electronics including a small laptop. You'll want to be smart about how you pack, but I trekked around the Balkans for 5 weeks in the summer with only this bag.

The rain cover is hidden in a zipper at bottom (it took me a while to find it).The hip belt provides great support and tightening when it's heavy/full so your shoulders won't get sore

Is great. Ziper is lower quality than the whole fabric. But it's good option. Color is beautyful.

I have used this for day hiking with a water bladder. Pack is comfy and works well but if you are super tiny it probably won't fit. I am 5'7" and weigh 145lb and have the waist strap about as small as it will go. I definitely think there is room to take this on longer hikes.

The bag looks good and the stitches also good, no loose ends or other unpleasant defects. However, the waist strip is way too long to me!!! You can see from the photos that even if I’ve pull the buckle to the end, it still has about two fists of extra space! And this makes the waist strip useless!!! So sad that I had to return it! For the manufacturer, one obvious suggestion is to adjust the length of the waist side pockets, I also would like to see more pretty colors, like pepper mint, pale pink, lemon, etc, also different patterns, like floral, mountains-views, etc.. hope they would see my suggestions!

I bought this for travel and the quality seems good. Great value as it was purchased as a Lightning Deal. I’d recommend or buy as a gift for someone.
