Screen was defective.
I'm giving this item only 2 stars vs the original 1 star because the seller did get back to me and offer me a replacement or a refund for the defective screen if I wanted. Unfortunately, the message was sent to my "promotions" mailbox instead of primary and I didn't see the email until over a month later. I did reach out to them again but still have not heard back, so yeah, would have been 1 star but since they did answer my first email I give them 2.
