I love the way she wrote this book, I'm glad she included the body systems. I think every herbal book should include the body systems. When learning about herbs the body systems is a much. I love this book, I love how the pages feel and even the art work inside.

I loved everything about this book. It was a great introduction for beginners and beautifully wove in traditional African spirituality. I loved the illustrations as well.

I appreciate the in-depth information on how our bodies can be healed using specific herbs for specific areas of our bodies. Good information and recipes. However, I don't agree with praying to ancestors. I only pray and seek the wisdom of my Creator, SoniniNanini even as it relates to the use of herbs and plants for health and healing. So, if you can get past some of the information (praying to ancestors) and absorb the knowledge of health and healing, this book will serve you well.

I am honored to utilize and share the wisdom in this book both for my family and with clients. It has been such a beautiful journey to tap into my inner wisdom and intuition and be reminded of what I am here to do on this earth. May this book touch each and every soul whom has access to this gem.
