Great Ac , shipping took longer than normal but unit works great
After being lied to and moving over 3000 miles away to find out we didn't actually have central air and heat, we needed this unit and Thankfully you had it. The shipping took longer than normal but we were blessed to get it. Thank you

Does not last; do not make the mistake I did.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I thought LG was a good brand Noise level: Very loud, hasn’t been two years. Now it doesn’t work. Value for money: Too expensive to not last even two years. Quality: Bad quality!

I bought this Augssage and has to be unplugged and back in the work any ideas what's happening?
i bought this August 2022 worked fine so far but today it only runs for a short time shuts off and displays an Er on screen. It has to be unplugged then back in to work any idea of what is going on?

Works perfect!
Replaced old window unit with this one. Works perfect and cools 2 large rooms quickly and that’s in Eco mode and low fan. Doesn’t have to work had at all and noise level is low. We used this as a thru the wall unit and so far it’s amazing. Quiet and very energy efficient cooling.

worked ok then went out on us after about 8 months heat doesn't work..make sure you get the extended warranty

Don’t waste your money.
Don’t buy from them. Spent over $600, shipping was delayed. Finally got the air conditioner and hired someone to come take out our old one and install the new one. Ran cold while the handyman was here (15 minutes) and since it’s not blowing cold air at all. Contacted seller and have yet to hear back. Now I’m going to have to pay for someone to take it back out and order a new one.. highly disappointed and irritated.

I run mine on the energy saver mode and it keeps my house very comfortable.
