Q: does this run on 220V or 120V? and and will it work outdoor in the summer Vegas Heat?

It runs on 120v. If you're using your chiller for a fish tank 300 gal is reasonable but I bet it would do more. Now if you're using it for hydroponics the manufacturer would like you to believe that you need one for every 300 gal you need to chill that's total crap. I'm using one of these to chill 6,000 gal of water from ~75 to ~55 deg and all I had to do was bury my reservoir outside my building and place the chiller outside aswell under a small wooden lean-to I built out of scrap OSB. Granted, burying the tank does a lot to keep it cool but without the chiller the temps would climb to ~75, with it they are around 56 most days. I dont see how this is only rated for 300 gal.

Q: can we use this to cool a walk in?

it cools water so not sure how that would work.

Q: Can I use this for domestic hot water?

I have ordered 3 and all have been sent back damaged. This unit is for cooling water not heating.

I run this off my truck for a 200 gallon insulated seafood tank. Easily pulls 10+ degrees with out a sweat in hot weather. But 15k gallon open pool in hot climate... I have my doubts but I don't know if it can or can't.
