Tissue Paper Thin and Slightly more Durable
The stuff is so thin the garden staples would poke a big hole in it if a very slight wind came by while I was working with it. It also comes 3 ft tall and you have to separate the entire roll before using it. I'm sure it is ideal for someone's application, but I need something I can step on and strong to keep weeds out for a long time. I have no choice but to use it for now, so I tripled it over itself to give it the best shot of keeping weeds down. We will see but I'm not hopeful.

Very pleased after 1.5 years of use in rock garden and vegetable/fruit beds
I purchased this product to use as a lining in a stone garden next to a house. I installed the landscape fabric in the stone garden in the fall. It rained heavily many times and the fabric did not make the water puddle and kept the dirt from flushing up on the side of the building (which was happening with the first installation of the stone garden without the fabric cloth). The fabric was a pleasure to work with. It was very light, easy to cut, easy to put in place.The fabric did its job well the entire summer, the entire rock garden was entirely weed free.Since I had some landscape fabric left I found additional applications for the fabric. I added fabric to my patio vegetable, strawberry, and herb garden boxes. It worked particularly well for strawberries, as they will not be laying on the dirt so I have not lost a single strawberry to rot from touching the ground.For the vegetable/strawberry/herb garden boxes, I cut the fabric in the wide strips that were slightly larger than the garden boxes. As I planted each plant I cut out a round hole and then carefully pulled the plant through the hole. When the entire box was finished I put small stones around the perimeter to weigh down the fabric so it does not flap in the wind. I am attaching a photo of the weed block in the strawberry garden box.I will definitely be using the weed fabric again in the patio garden! Highly recommend!Ali Julia review

Lacking in qualities I need.
After careful checking of my past purchase and this one, I realize that I ordered the wrong merchandise. My displeasure with this product is due to the haste in which I had looked at the item. I didn't take the necessary time to investigate more thoroughly what I had mistakenly perceived as the same as my previous purchase. Therefore, I really shouldn't 'review' this item.

Pretty cheap material
This is pretty cheap and thin material. It will kinda work, but if you want a first class job that will last a long time I suggest paying more and getting much thicker material.

Not suitable for playground use
Very thin material torn up before we even finished installing the playground under which it was being installed. Not suitable for playground use since there will be walking and running on it, might work in a flowerbed where no one will be walking.

Not the product displayed on the site.
The picture on the product clearly shows 'Weed Block' which is a very good brand of this type of product and is why I ordered it.They sent a different brand which who knows how it will perform.

Easy to use
Tears easily when stepped on. Take it easy! But great product, blocks the weeds in our garden for our tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, neck pumpkins, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli.

buy only if you must
this will fool you. comes in a 6 ft long box but the roll is folded in half and rest of box filled with paper. the fold in the roll makes it very hard to lay out and cut to size and fabric rips very easy
