I bought this for $38 expecting it to be a premium product. It's the exact same as the $20 ones that the other sellers are selling. Don't be fooled by the price and pretty picture.The stainless steel is thin and the pump is flimsy.

Returned the product. I followed the instructions but the unit did not work. I even had other people look at it to see if I put it together correctly, which I did. It still did not work. Therefore I have returned it and received a full credit for it.

I think it is great! I want my own water fountain in the house now. Easy set up, very quiet too. My cat ran from it. She periodically comes into the kitchen and watches it, even walked over and sniffed it a few times. She just watches it, wont drink from it though. I finally found something that she is afraid of. TUH!

This water fountain is a breeze to assemble and offers fresh moving water for pets; cat or dog. I like that the water bowl is accessible for my pets so if the power goes off, they won’t be without water. Some other models have no access to the water reservoir therefore if the pump isn’t working, the pets have a very limited, if any, supply of water. The stainless steel bowl and tower are easy to clean; hand wash or put in the dishwasher. The pump should be taken apart and all areas brushed clean with soapy water or white vinegar. Be sure to rinse well before reassembling. The filter is very small, but so far it seems to be doing the job.

Best cat fountain ever! My cats love it and so do I!My cat used to always tip her bowl over, so we had to switch to a heavier bowl, but at the time we only had a giant glass ash tray. She wasn't able to tip that over, but many times I found her with a wet head from drinking from the dripping bath tub instead. I also noticed that she particularly liked it when I was actively pouring the water in her bowl for a refill, trying to catch the water from the cup. So that's when I decided I wanted to try a fountain; it did not disappoint!She likes to drink from both the water at the bottom and from the part that falls. I have not found her with a wet head ever since purchasing this. She and our small dog uses this fountain every day to quench their thist.The fountain is VERY quiet when running, I can barely hear it. It has a good weight to it and its rubber feet make it very sturdy. It was simple to assemble. It holds a great amount of water, I was able to fit about 4 Solo cups in its first fill.This is the best cat fountain out there. It's stainless steel so it's healthy and easy to clean.Very happy with this purchase!
