Don’t buy
Bought this tub and it was delivered January 8 and the installation was the morning of 2/20/26. Last night 2/23 in the middle of the night my wife and I heard a loud explosion sound at 2am. We investigated to find that our tubs rim exploded. We haven’t even used it yet. I’m not sure if they will replace or take it back because I’m past the 30 day return period. But I had to have everything here before the contractor could start the job so he knew where to place the plumbing.

DO NOT BUY WOODBRIDGE PRODUCTS
The tub arrived without the base or leveling feet. When I contacted Woodbridge they said they could not provide the parts and to return the product to Amazon. I asked Amazon customer service to send me a replacement and they declined. All they cared about was returning the faulty one. I had contractors ready to install my tub and as a result they could not complete my bathroom. Worst customer service I have ever had from Amazon. I should have bought a Vanity Art tub from Wayfair.
