Not good
The sound was horrible. The videos are not attractive, the color is not good. It’s hard to operate, very cheap quality material, not worth the money. I returned it and got a Magic Sing instead. I love it.

Total RIP OFF!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY PLEASE!! It took me 3 hours to set up this dumb, dysfunctional karaoke machine & I even had to reach out to Amazon tech support but there was no solution to the problem so I ended up returning it. I downloaded the Platinum Link app to access the song list but it does not even show the name of this unit model—CELLO 2! User manual is completely useless, does not guide you how to set it up correctly. The remote control and microphones are not user friendly and the buttons are hard to press. It also gets stuck at times when you navigate different features. I can’t believe how ridiculously priced this is for $400+tax and you get a low, cheap quality karaoke machine that you won’t enjoy using.

Not worth it
The microphones keep on disconnecting. This is my second unit. The first have the same problem. The remote is kinda complicated to use. Although it contains lots of songs compared to the other brands, still not happy. HDMI is only for video, you have to use audio RCA separately and its not even a full HD

Good quality product
Some songs have lags. I mean when you sing following the highlights that follow the tempo of the song, it sometimes on some songs it freezes or slows down which throws the singer off. Also, the HDMI port is video only. No sounds will come out of the HDMI connection. You'll have to use an RCA converter if you want to use HDMI cord.

Bad Quality
This karaoke machine is trash.Very expensive and it broke 3 mos.Don't buy this.It's a waste of money.We called them to fix it and they want you to send it the Philippines.

Many cons
This product is cheaply made, multiple of the same songs, microphone does not emit loudly, if you have a smart tv, you have to connect to external speaker. Does not come with HDMI cord. It’s not worth it. Returning.

Didnt say that this is 4:3 aspect ratio. Not even 1080p. Also no song book. App is only good for very old android version. Why can't they add a printed version? Also a lot of duplicate songs. Hdmi is video only. My tv and sound bar doesn't have rca.. might be good if this was the early 90s.. if they sold this for $100 i might bought and kept it.
