very solid watch.
The watch is awesome ...my favorite Luminox of all time

light and stylish
i like the dial and crown, even it is a little messy but i love it. for a big watch like that, it is only weight 106g, nothing to complain. 24/7 luminosity is awesome, easy to see in the dark.However, the strap is too long for me, i have a small wrist. so i bought a cut-to-fit strip and it now looks perfect.

Good looking, solid timepiece.
To start, I’m indifferent about it being a Bear Grylls model that’s neither here nor there to me, nothing against him just buy things I like not because they are promoted by others. The msrp is a little too high, my opinion, but at the price it was purchased, around 420, it made sense to me and the wife gave the green light. As for the watch itself, it’s actually better looking in person, feels robust, the gas illumination is surprisingly impressive, and wears well. If you can get it at this price and you like the looks you won’t be disappointed and might be pleasantly surprised.

I am an avid outdoorsman - a hunter, a fisherman, hiker, etc…. So I had this watch for two months and the timer went out. This means the upper push button and lower reset button. AND this began a finger pointing session between Luminox and the retailer who I bought it from. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER LUMINOX WATCH !!!!! DO NOT BUY LUMINOX WATCHES ! You have been warnedUPDATE- After many phone calls and emails Luminox is finally honoring their warranty -Thanks

Poor quality control
Received this as a birthday gift. Was so excited to get this Luminox watch, then noticed after it was dark there was no luminance on the 11 o’clock hand. Very poor quality control. Beautiful time piece though. Will be sending back. If you order from this merchant be mindful to inspect the piece thoroughly.

Awesome watch!!
Being a Luminox customer for many years, I can truly tell you these are great watches! They are built to last and they are good looking pieces. What makes this watch unique, is the yellow face, and it’s on a Bear Grylls. It’s a chrono and it’s built to be outdoors, but you can still wear out to dinner and it will fit to the occasion. One key point to this purchase, is I ordered through Amazon knowing this was coming from River Edge Jewelers out of New Jersey, which I have purchased from prior. I trust these guys and I am always confident that when I buy from them, not only will I get the most competitive price, but will get exactly what I ordered with no problems!!! These guys package your product like it’s going to war, to make sure when it lands at your front door, it is exactly like it came from manufacturer. TheOwners are very caring people, and make youfeel like a million bucks every time you make a purchase from them. So if you like the Luminox brand, and you see they are coming from River Edge Jewelers out of New Jersey, BUY IT!!!
