I take Nervoheel at nighttime for a more restful sleep. If I wake up during the night I take another tablet.Delivery was earlier than expected. Product is sealed but no English instructions.

My acupuncture doctor recommended this product and I keep it close at hand all the time. As a highly sensitive personality, I react more strongly to distressing events, but the Nervoheel has been a lifesaver. One or two tablets dissolved under the tongue, and within five to ten minutes I'm feeling much more clam and serene. I always keep two bottles on hand. Very effective with absolutely no undesirable side effects.

This product really works. If I take it at night it helps me sleep in less than 5 min. It I take it during the day it relaxes me instantly. I am very sensitive to these so I feel very tired/sleepy during the day if I take them at night, so beware do not take them unless you really need them. I also found that putting lavander oil on my chest or feet helps me relax as well.
