This works just like it says. I'm just taking a star off because it's so big and bulky. I put it on the smallest notch, and it still slides a third of the way up my arm. Also, I was hoping it would help me wake up without loud alarms, but it doesn't. That's not really any fault of the watches, though. I'm just telling you in case that's how you wanted to use it. It's strong enough that it would probably work for light sleepers, but definitely not dead-to-the-world sleepers like me. It is nice that it came with an extra battery and a tool to help you change it. I've had it several months, have used it every morning, and haven't had to change the battery yet.

We bought this because my wife needs to take a med four times a day. I scheduled the four times and the watch vibrates on time. In the ,morning, when the watch is lying on the bathroom counter, it vibrates so loudly that it wakes us in the bedroom. The battery lasts about six months and then we have to take it to a jeweler for a new battery. That costs us $8.00. The only downside is that it is big and kinda ugly for a woman. Too bad it can't be made with a pretty color and perhaps a little smaller.

I found this watch for my mom who needs to take important medications at 3 set times throughout the day. She has been wearing watches with beeping alarms for many years but for some reason can’t hear the high pitch anymore. I’m giving this watch 5 stars because with the vibration setting she can now take her medications on time, and that means everything. Size-wise, this watch is not as bulky as others but more substantial than the smaller watches that vibrate to remind kids about potty training. Again though, the most important thing is that the vibration is strong enough that she feels it. We are willing to deal with more frequent battery changes due to the vibration use, because the most important thing is taking the medications on time!

This replaces a similar watch that lasted about 10 years. My mom uses the vibration alarm setting for medication alerts 4x a day. The instructions were easy to follow and seem complete. So far very happy with the watch.

The watch itself is very nice. The band fit my small wrist very well. As far as the alarm goes, I could not hear the sound alarm unless I held the watch up to my ear, and the vibrate alarm could only be felt 50% of the time.

I have only had this watch for a few weeks and the face of the watch is already scratched. It was very easy to set. the vibrations are plenty strong enough to remind me to take my medications.

Great product, helps me remember to take my meds. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a reminder to take medication or other daily tasks. I do wish it had a volume control/mute. When I am in public, the sound can be intrusive.

Got this for my mother to remind her when to take her meds. She requires 8 alarms. Setting it up wasn't hard. The directions are clear and easy to follow. But the battery only lasts about 2 weeks and seems to require a jeweller to change it. That gets expensive.

I initially bought this watch on another reviewers recommendation. The functions of this watch are excellent. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, I especially liked the vibrating option if you didn’t hear the audio alarm.Although just two months after I bought it, it started to make this constant high pitched noise. I replaced the battery and that seemed to work. After only 4 months of use the vibrating alarm no longer works. I’ve contacted the seller on how to fix or a replacement but no reply. The seller is quick to answer your emails when you are buying but doesn’t respond when you have issues. DO NOT BUY this product! Complete waste of money for a product that will only last 4 months.
