Great expandable carry-on
I have now been using mine for about a year and probably about 10 trips. When I first opened this up, I thought it wouldn't have enough space for what I needed. But you can actually get a lot into it. I've only used the expansion feature once, when I had to carry some stuff home for my partner. The bag holds enough for a 3-5 day trip. The laptop/tablet pocket is great. I haven't really needed the power bank feature at all. The wheels auto-align and it rolls very nicely. Very happy with this bag.

Doesn't perform as well as it looks
Pro - rolls smooth and effortless. Made getting around very easy. Cons - I had an issue with every zipper failing or binding up, and the suitcase was practically empty. The laptop sleeve is a nice idea, but the design is very flawed, especially the way the zipper was done. Some of the materials felt high quality, and some seemed very substandard. If you are a very light packer who occasionally travels and likes to be very mobile and maneuverable this may be a good choice. However, if you are a frequent traveler and need something more robust, I would suggest a different option.

Lightweight rolling carryon
Seems to be a well made compact rolling carryon. Light weight.

Broken zipper -edited...
Nice piece of luggage if the zippers were the same quality it would be fine. Expansion zipper is now broken after about five trips. Since it is now too wide to be carried on flights it is pretty much useless. Not a good value at nearly $400. Probably there are better products for less money. To be fair, they did send me a new one under warranty. The process was a bit complicated, but they did honor the warranty even though I hadn't registered it when I purchased it. Changed from one star to three.

Wheels like butter
This is exactly what I’ve been searching for. VERY well made. Love this carry on suitcase! Wheel movement is the best I’ve ever seen. If you are on the fence, just get it! Lots of thought went into the design. Getting the full size as well.

It’s a 5 star product. Concessions are taken from the laptop pocket and the handle storage.
The bag is a great looking bag I really like the grey style and the shell seems durable and resistant to scratches and wear. The wheels work as good as everyone say to the point where I agree it is almost too good as it will find any slope in the ground you are on and roll away from you if you aren’t paying attention. The bag is very lightweight as well. For the cost I think the zippers could be a higher quality hopefully they will hold up a long time but they are nowhere near the quality of zipper like my yeti backpack for instance at a similar price point. The small pockets inside are nice but I am a daily organizer bag packer so I don’t think I will really use those much anyways. The bag fits well into overhead bins even with the extender open on most domestic flights in the US anyways. Expect to check this internationally. Sizewise It looked way smaller than my old Tommy Bahama rollaboard but once I set it next to it they are about the same size. That said, I do notice a difference in the actual packing space. The front laptop pocket is convenient but it intrudes into your packing space. The power bank pocket is really cool, it is too small for my current bank and I have to buy a new one, excited to use it once I get that. The usb-c option of this bag was one of my motivations to this style. The way the handle design is it takes up a lot of room inside of the bag, I pack a hard hat for most of my trips and that really throws off my bag space since it is a solid item in the bag. As an avid traveler (40 plus weeks a year) I am now rethinking the way I pack between this bag and my backpack to make my space work better. As a 6’-4” man with big shoes and clothes I could still pack a weeks worth of clothing pretty easily in here if I stick to essentials. Overall I’m a fan of the bag and happy I switched to a four wheel style carryon vs the two wheel rollaboard. It is much easier to navigate the airport with. The trade off is some packing space but for the length of trips I use this for I think it will be great addition to my travel gear for many years!

Value isn’t there
Not the travel pro of old. This was too small to be useful for me. Too much interior space taken by handles, wheels, and front laptop compartment. Zipper quality was much lower than my prior tp case. Too expensive for any quality questions. Now the external shell looked great and seemed very sturdy.
