Q: what are the dimensions of this item?

This pan has sloping sides, a recurved lip, and formed protrusions at each end to act as handles. The curvatures may account for the variations in dimensions reported. The outside dimension measurement from handle tip to handle tip is 15". The outside dimension measured from the metal edge of the recurved lip on each side of the pan is 10 3/16". The inside bottom measures 8"x 12". The inside length at the top of the pan is 13 9/16". The inside width at the top of the pan is 9 7/16". If Jimmy seeks a pan to replace one for which he retains the metal sliding lid, this may not be the right unit.

No the edges are a standard rolled steel edge to a pan. I would say the edges are not at all sharp. Great pan.

Q: Is this baking pan nonstick

No stainless steel I love this pan I use Pam and it washes well I bake chicken cutlets in it only 4 cuttlets fit in it the size is different when you Measure the inside of the pan hope this helps
