This table pad was exactly what we needed to protect a new dining table. The pad has a soft lining for table side (no worry about scratches) and the flip side is a durable vinyl / plastic that easily protects the wood finish from spills and moderate heat. (I would still use trivet / hot pad for hot dishes). Easily wipes clean. Lays flat under table cloth so you don't realize it's there. Material is easy to cut to the size you need. Overall, excellent product that serves its purpose as designed.

I popped it in the dryer for 5-6 minutes and it removed the wrinkles nicely, not completely in that amount of time, but enough they aren’t visible under my thin table cloth. I didn’t have time to wait for the pad to dry after using a steam iron like they recommended! I haven’t tried the heat resistance yet, it does appear to be very thick, so I think that will make it work as promised. I’m not brave enough not to use trivets, but I won’t stress about a hot dish from the oven or stove top anymore. There was no noticeable odor, which is a big plus compared to so many other items like this! I would compare the quality to be equal or even greater to all the nice pads we had 35 years ago! I appreciated the info video about the pad from their store site, the video along with other reviews helped me with making my buying decision. Since it’s under my table cloth it shouldn’t get dirty, however if it does it is a nice fabric that would wipe up easily! No idea about staining, but this isn’t meant to be a table cloth anyway!Wish it was wider, we have a 46” wide table, and longer, we have a 122” long. Other than that I really like this table pad cloth.

Not the most beautiful tablecloth out there, but it's the only one that's thick enough to put over my (impossible to clean grooved) table. We can create art or eat without worrying about the trouble of cleaning. This is the second one I've purchased (the first one what destroyed with some 3 year old permanent ink art).It arrives and stays a little creased from packaging, but I haven't found a different tablecloth that serves my needs for a tablecloth that is thick and easy to clean. I would definitely recommend.

One of the few products that actually mentions heat resistant. Haven't put it to the test, but it seems substantial/durable. Lots of comments about the wrinkles. Not an issue for me. This is not a table cover. I'm using it in lieu of hard, thick foldable old time felt-backed pads that are heavy and bulky to store.

This table pad will do the job I need it to do. However, don't be misled by their claims. The item was vacuumed sealed. We had to peel apart folds and the pad almost tore. It was like separating two pieces of tape. Once it was unfolded, we were surprised by the heavy creases. We were able to iron out wrinkles, but the creases took a lot effort. The table cloth mostly lies flat. But the picture of the product makes it look like it's flat and smooth. The pics we included are after an hour of ironing with a steam iron.

I needed something to cover and protect my newly refinished coffee table because my grandkids were scheduled to arrive, and they usually play with their toys on the table. I cut a piece to fit the table top and used blue painters tape to attach to the tabletop and it worked perfectly! After they left, I lifted the rectangle of the cover pad and the table top was as smooth and unscratched as it was before they arrived. I kept the piece for their next visit, and have a lot left over to cover other tables if needed. Very pleased.

I bought this to put over a new freezer on which I do a lot of hobby work. I was able to cut out the dimensions I needed with lots left over for a second project. Great stuff.

Un bel proteggi-tavolo con varie qualità. La parte che va sul tavolo è antiscivolo e quindi rimane bene in posizione. Ha uno spessore inferiore ai classici "mollettoni" ma il materiale protegge ugualmente la superficie del tavolo dal calore e grazie al suo spessore limitato è morbido se lo si lascia scendere dai bordi del tavolo. Rende piacevole l'effetto della tovaglia sul tavolo donando morbidezza e consistenza allo stesso tempo. Il colore risulta abbastanza neutro in caso di tovaglie leggere, un po' trasparenti. (è un colore argentato ma discreto). Consigliato!

Als Schutzdecke (z.B. bei Catering mit warmen Speisen) für die empfindliche Oberflächen unserer schönen Cafétische super geeignet. Wie man die Decke aber wieder auf so ein kleines Maß falten soll, um sie wieder in ihrer Hülle zu verpacken, ist mir ein Rätsel. Bei uns kein Problem - wir haben eine extra große Schublade nur für die Decken (das ist schon unsere Dritte!)
