Q: The picture shows much support at the front of the foot, but the videos shows it flat at the front. Which is it?

Since this is a one-size-fits-all insole, the arch support will appear further back or further forward depending on whether the insole is trimmed short. For my size 13, the arch was way too far back.

Q: How thick is the insole? Will it fit in Converse-Keds type sneakers?

It's thin so should work but I don't wear anything like that so not positive. Sorry
