These Vitamin D3 capsules look quite unusual compared to the previous ones I've taken. The capsules are physically larger, they have a sizeable air pocket, and a distinctive green band around the capsules instead of being the traditional yellow prolate spheroid kind of shape. Other than the larger size they seem pretty functionally similar, no strange aftertaste and go down fine without sticking.

Easy to swallow and no nasty additives. Cruelty free and good formulation. This is a must have specially during the winter months when we rarely get enough sunshine. My family used this on daily basis. I have a very low Vitamin D and with my MS I should be watching my Vit D3 like a hawk. After taking this for a few weeks, my blood test showed improved Vit D in my bloodstream. So I suppose this helped me a lot.
