This is NOT a paid review and i was NOT sent this product or asked to give a review. I paid for this product with my own money. I have for years had stomach issues.. This always limited me to how much i could eat and caused me to be really skinny. I started taking pro biotics a few months ago and noticed a significant improvement... I still had bloating and some discomfort here and there, i also cant handle dairy products. I am not lactose intolerant, but any amount of dairy causes me to break out in severe painful cystic acne. I read somewhere that digestive enzymes could possible help with those few things.. Now iv only been taking this for about 4 days but i have noticed how much its been helping me. I am no longer bloated and that last bit of stomach discomfort is gone.. I will update on the dairy after iv been taking this for awhile.

I have had gut problems for over 20 years. I've been to several gastroenterologists who could never figure out just why I suffered so severely from "IBS" Well, "IBS" is just a label for an unknown diagnosis, really. All it means is that your intestine isn't happy when you eat ...but why? Our modern diets consist of many products that we humans were never meant to eat, like diary. Diary is bad, bad, bad, for your intestines, but so many foods are made with it and I happen to really enjoy all those dairy products! I have masked my problem with medications for over 17 years until my problem said "In your face!" I began to break out like a teenager who works in fast food and couldn't knock that acne out, no matter what I did. The only option was to cut that dairy out. I tried. I failed. I bought these enzymes with the great hope that it would help me eat dairy without looking like a true pizza face and having my abdomen look like I'm 7 months pregnant. I am more than pleased to report that after one week of use, my skin is almost completely healed and my abdomen is as flat as it can be. These enzymes have worked beautifully for me!!! I may be dairy intolerant, but at least I can enjoy my dairy without paying the price on my face, thanks to Pure Natural Digestive Enzymes.

These left a bad taste in my mouth and I did not see any results. In the past I have used organic Garden of Life brand and those are amazing

I have used many brands and this is by far the best. It has helped me a great deal with my digestion and has eliminated almost in total the problems I had been experiencing with feeling bloated after each meal. It has also helped me lose some weight.

Used for digestive aid mostly. Nice it has components for gas and bloating. It comes in tablets that do not smell very good and do not taste good on the tongue when swallowing, but they WORK VERY WELL. Worth the little bit of bad tast and smell. Not that bad, really. I originally purchased these for my stomach, I get stomach aches frequently after eating or I bloat a lot, but not anymore! Since I’ve been avidly taking these or drinking it with a bottle of water I’ve noticed my belly aches and bloating has subsided. Very excited to continue taking them. Great product, amazing quality.

Take one before each meal for better digestion. Also cuts down on gas and bloating.

I purchased these to enhance absorption of Quercetin, and have since read bromelain is excellent at enhancing absorption of many other supplements and vitamins, as well. And, since I’m trying to eat organically as much as possible, any help with absorption means getting more of my money’s worth from food; right? I specifically do not take enzymes when I’m eating anything unhealthy; I’m happy for the bad things to pass right on through without encouraging anything extra to pass through my intestines! Not for anyone with a pineapple allergy. My daughter requires costlier enzymes because of her allergy, but these are perfect for me!
