Can these go in the oven?

Haven’t used them in the oven yet, but they claim to be safe in oven up to 500 degrees

Yes, it is oven safe. Just don’t scrub it with scrubby and even though it says you can dishwasher safe , I’d soak and hand wash the pan.

How is the gotham steel pan different from the gothem steel professional pan[s] we purchased about a year ago at a big box store?
