Good quality headset, works well no complaints, would reccommend

Bought this as a stop gap while my work ordered a new headset and it works very well. Sound quality is good and I've not had any complaints from callers about call quality.

sound is louder than previous Sennheiser ones that broke, only quibble is the connection, they plug straight in to phone base but didn't work, so that's what the little packet of adapters is for, must change the wiring, found one that worked but they have exposed dangling wires which looks fragile and 'chip-shop'. Taken a star off as don't know when these loose wires will break,

Dear Yesdun Customer Service Team, I can confirm that we are happy with the product quality build and performance.Just to confirm, the handset didn`t work straight from the box, I tried it with two different phones models, (only hearing but no microphone)However once attached one of the three socket adaptors supplied in the box all worked perfect. This headset is better than the BT Accord 20 headset it replaces, and it is compatible with my BT Converse 2100 Corded landline phone as shown in pics. It fit my phone straight out of the box and there is also a bag of alternative connectors/jacks/plugs if your phone's headset port isn't for a RJ9 jack/plug/male (the clear plug you squish into the female port at the back of your phone). This port is the same size as the port for your handset jack that plugs into your phone, whereas the main port in to your phone to make your phone have a live connection is the same but larger and is an rj11 jack, look like small lego bricks with a little peg-like integral clip you squeeze to get it into the port/hole/socket. Very happy with this and wish I'd have got it sooner instead of struggling with a poor quality headset for too long.

After contacting customer support, they guided me through the set up stages.All set up and ready to go. 👍🏼The product wasn’t compatible with the telephone in question. I only purchased this item because it said it was.Then the QR Code wouldn’t work at the drop off point. After trying to request another one it became too complicated m.

Mi sono comprata da sola questa cuffia/auricolare per l'ufficio e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Siccome il modello del mio telefono non era ricompreso nell'elenco ho chiesto direttamente al venditore che si è dimostrato veramente disponibile. Il suo utlizzo è comodo ed intuitivo. La qualità dell'audio in cuffia è ottimo. Rispondere al telefono ed avere le mani libere è tanta roba! Perchè non ci ho pensato prima? Se devo proprio fare un appunto il cavo è molto lungo ed impiccia un pò, credo si potrebbe accorciare ma è una lavoro da elettricisti. Il microfono si può portare sia a destra che a sinistra.

Cuffie inizialmente arrivate mal funzionanti, ma il venditore altamente professionale e disponibile ha avviato subito dopo invio di prodotto nuovo e funzionante... venditore consigliato al 100% ed il prodotto di ottima fattura... 5 stelle

Ottime anche se il microfono devi tenerlo molto vicino alla bocca, in quanto dall”‘altra parte della corte a si sente un po’ lontano

abbiamo sostituito le cornette tradizionali a 3 operatori in ufficio che sono spesso al telefono. buon risultato
