In restaurants, the 9" metal tong (no rubberized silicone tips) are the standard for all who work with the food. The 9" ones are the ones which become like an extension of your hand. But as soon as I picked these up, I knew they were competition for the 9" ones. They're more agile and the length is nice, too. They are absolutely ergonomic to use!!! I'm surprised at how heavy duty they are. I'm honestly not sure how much I can use the finer tipped one. but I can used the duck-billed tipped one for sure!!! I bought these because I've been perfecting my "beverage" making system, and it came to be an issue to fish out the teabags from the tea, which didn't have the strings on them. The stringless type are a little new to me, so I disregarded their inconvenience at first, but, I'm using them more and more and so it became very annoying to fish out the teabag with a butter knife. As soon as I used these to grab the teabag, though, it was an instant improvement and finally felt "right." I will of course use them to turn foods in the saute pan, too. I didn't think I would like them so much, but, I really do, and I highly recommend them to anyone! They're a basic and a staple to me, which every household should have. They also stick to my magnets under the stove hood, which is how I store these, for maximum convenience. Get them, you won't be disappointed!!

Wow! These kitchen tweezers are a must have! High quality, well made, easy to use, easy to clean. I use them almost everyday. They have so many uses, like into pickle or jalapeño pepper jars. I even deep clean the lint out of my dryer filter! The flat edge is great for flipping small things like brussel sprouts, onion rings, etc. I don’t know how I functioned in my kitchen without these.

Great at a Salad Bar....just hate the plastic big grip tongs, both of these are great. You can pick up just the amount and pieces you want!!! Carry mine in my purse when ever we eat out, always ask if it is ok!!!!

These are fabulous!! They are long and resemble XL tweezers. They work well when cooking. They have held up well too! So glad I bought these tongs. They are not as bulky as the old style.

I wondered about functionality of these type of kitchen tweezers as seen used by social media influencers. WOW. I LOVE them. Turning bacon in the pan is so much easier than bulky kitchen tongs and they store so much nicer in a countertop utensil container or utensil drawer. I bought a second set for our other home!
