Tuf-Tite 24" TAR Adapter Ring

Does this add a significant amount of height to the riser? For example if I have a 12" tall riser, what is the finished height after adding this ring

I have a 26" concrete plate covering my concrete septic tank. I don't see an adapter ring larger than 24". Does this adapter ring measure exactly 24"?

My removeable cover measures 26" in diameter, will this 24" tar adapter riser ring drop into my opening correctly with the concrete cover removed?

My 24” tuf-tite flat lid does not fit the 24” tar. Screws don’t line up. No riser install. What am I doing wrong?
