Do these have earloops or back-of-the-head straps?

That is basically correct, the one behind the neck must go over the head first (which is the most difficult part for me) , and the second one must go over and behind your head. It is quite comfortable once you get it on, and fits very well over my entire face, my glasses don't steam up and my ease of breathing is very good.

What kind of straps? How many layers?

There are two straps that fit around your head, not around the ears as many facemasks do. These are not facemasks, they appear to be Niosh compliant "N95 respirators" as advertised and so they do not have fabric layers. They are of one piece construction of nonwoven polypropylene and are properly marked. I think they are the real deal and the price is less than most worthless cloth facemasks.

What size are these masks in adult?

Have bought cloth masks in large adult size. These masks seem to fit better. If you use both straps you get a tight snug fit over your nose and mouth. I found it a little too tight and do not use the bottom strap. They still fit tight over my mouth and nose. I feel safe when I am wearing them. They were recommended by an ER doctor.
