My wife swears by this product! I take it occasionally too, though I'm much more skeptical of supplements. But since my wife loves it, I can't discount the results.

I really love this product

My primary care doctor, an integrative MD, recommended this product to me about two years ago. I am a very light sleeper. I don't have too much trouble falling asleep, but I'm very prone to waking during the night. Once I'm awake, my brain turns on and any additional sleep is robbed by the conversations, to-do lists, and songs running simultaneously in my brain. I have tried a number of natural and homeopathic sleep aids over the years. Melatonin makes me groggy but doesn't prevent the middle-of-the-night brain party. I won't even try the pharmaceutical options for a number of reasons, but mostly because I am hyper-sensitive to medications. Benedryl puts me to sleep for two days and gives me crazy, non-restful dreams. I LOVE Serencalm. It does not make me the least bit groggy. No psychedelic dreams. What is does is hit the mute button on the brain noise. I don't wake as easily during the night, and if I do wake up ... even if I get up to use the bathroom or tend to a child ... I lay my head down and drift right back into sleep. I wake up feeling rested and alert.My teenage son has been dealing with some anxiety in the past year, mostly just normal teenage angst. I asked his pediatrician if Serencalm would be an option for him. She did some research on it and said she thought it was safe to try. It has also made a huge difference for him. He does not take it every night, but only when he is feeling anxious. Just last night, he asked if he could take a Serencalm because he had been having some nightmares the previous two nights. This morning he reported that he sleep better than he had in weeks and feels tremendously better. His pediatrician is now recommending Serencalm to other patients of hers.I'm so glad to finally find it on Amazon! The price here is a little higher than what I pay for it at my doctor's office, but only by a few dollars. I hope it shows up with PRIME shipping sometime soon!
